Light Up Hoad

TICKETS ARE NOW SOLD OUT

 

Help us to Light Up Hoad on Easter weekend. Hundreds of people will line the zig-zag path up the front of Hoad Hill, from Hoad Lane all the way to the Sir John Barrow Monument. Ticketed entry to the event from Hoad Lane. No drones please. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children with tickets will receive a free LED light stick. There will be an area for people with wheelchairs, pushchairs, etc to take part. We don't recommend that you take a dog onto the hill.

The actual lighting up should take place at about 8pm.

 

The organisers are very grateful for substantial financial donations from Ulverston BID and MARL. The event is organised in collaboration with Ford Park Community Group, Ulverston Resilience Group, and Sir John Barrow (Hoad) Monument Keepers, with assistance from Ulverston Inshore Rescue, Ulverston Town Council, and Ulverston Town Lands.
